By order of the Russian government the town may pull its money to purchase some of the following items. (These will effect later roleplays to some extent)

1. New water distiller ($560)
2. HIND Helicopter ($3400)
3. Armory of Low caliber weaponry ($1200)
4. Weather Radar ($1200)

This list will be updated.
