Event - Journey to Dreznan

In early 1981, an entire regiment of the Soviet Army rebelled for an unknown reason. Ever since than they've been hiding out in the dense Siberian woodlands. Though they had no quarrels with anyone at first, recently they been enacting some considerably inhumane policies. Two villages, the second being Dreznan, have been completely annihilated by what weapons that could only belong to this group. Their tactics were the same both times: surround the town with infantry and than commence and artillery barrage on it. The soldiers would shoot anyone attempting to escape into the woods. This brutal policy has been speculated to be an attempt to lure the Soviet Army into their own turf.

Recently, the town of Nyach was warned by a mysterious informant that they were next on the list. Instead of fighting, the residents of Nyach chose to evacuate to their sister village of Tunturi in the colder North. They hoped that the heavy snowfall that was soon to come and mountainous terrain around Tunturi would keep the rebel army from following them once they attacked and realized that nobody was home. However, they have discovered that while Tunturi is well stocked with supplies for its own villagers, there is only enough supplies for both the Nyach and Tunturi citizens for half the winter. In order to earn their stay, the citizens of Nyach have decided to journey back to their home town and even further south to the village of Dreznan in order to salvage whatever supplies could be there.
